How to use Tirzepatide:
Mixing Tirzepatide
After placing an order, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions directly in your email. Please be sure to follow those instructions for best results. Here’s a quick overview of the process for reference. Tirzepatide is supplied in a powdered form and must be combined with bacteriostatic water before it’s ready for use. Bacteriostatic water contains 0.9% benzyl alcohol, which acts as an antimicrobial preservative, making it suitable for injection. Follow the guidelines below to ensure Tirzepatide is mixed properly.
Step 1: Clean your hands and gather materials
You will need:
Tirzepatide Vial
Bacetriostatic Water
100 IU / 1ml syringe with a needle
Alcohol pad
Step 2: Prepare the materials for mixing
Remove the protective caps from your vial and bacteriostatic water. Clean the top of each vial or bacteriostatic water envelope with an alcohol pad.
Attach a needle to your syringe. Do not touch the needle with your fingers, and do not let the needle touch any other surface.
Step 3: Draw up the Bacteriostatic Water
Add 2ml (200 IU) of bacteriostatic water.
To draw up the water, hold the bacteriostatic water vial or envelope upside down and insert the needle into the rubber cap. Slowly pull back the plunger on the syringe to the 1ml (100 IU) mark.
Step 4: Inject bacteriostatic water into the vial
After the bacteriostatic water has entered the syringe to the appropriate amount, take the syringe of water and insert it into the Tirzepatide Vial.
Slowly inject all the water into the vial. If you feel pressure, stop and let it level out before continuing. After the bacteriostatic water has entered the vial, pull the needle out of the vial.
Repeat the process of Step 3 & 4 again to have added 2ml overall to the vial.
Step 5: Mix Tirzepatide powder and water
Gently swirl the solution in a circular motion until the powder and water has combined completely.

How to Inject Tirzepatide
Below you will find a brief overview of the instructions for general reference.
Step 1: Prepare the injection materials
You will need:
Tirzepatide vial with the solution you created after mixing.
New syringe and needle
Do not touch the needle with your fingers, and do not let the needle touch any other surface.
Step 2: Draw up the Tirzepatide
Please refer to the dosing tables, the amount of Tirzepatide solution you need depends on the dose you are taking.
To draw up the Tirzepatide solution, hold the vial upside down and insert the needle into the vial rubber cap. Slowly pull back the plunger to appropriate mark, indicating the amount of solution.
Step 3: Prepare the injection site
Tirzepatide is administered subcutaneously to the abdomen, thigh or upper arm. Choose the area where you plan to give the shot. Wipe the area with an alcohol pad and let it dry for a few seconds.
Make sure to use a different injection site each week when injecting in the same body region.
Step 4: inject Tirzepatide
Subcutaneously injections can be given at a 90-degree angle or a 45-degree angle. The injection can be done at a 90-degree angle if 2 inches of skin can be grasped between your thumb and index finger. If not inject at a 45-degree angle.
Grasp the skin with the hand not holding the syringe to create a fat fold. Holding the syringe securely with the other hand, insert the needle under the skin.
when the needle if sully inserted, slowly push down on the plunger to inject the contents of the syringe. Pull out the needle at the same angle it went in.

Weekly Schedule for Tirzepatide Injections
Inject tirzepatide once every week, preferably on the same day to maintain consistency. It can be administered at any time of the day, with or without food. You may adjust the day of your weekly dose if needed, as long as there are at least 48 hours between doses.
Handling a Missed Tirzepatide Dose
If you happen to miss your scheduled tirzepatide dose, you can still take it within 5 days of the missed date. However, if more than 5 days have passed, simply resume your regular schedule with the next dose, skipping the missed one.
Proper Storage of Tirzepatide
To maintain tirzepatide’s effectiveness, store it in a refrigerator after opening. While it can withstand room temperature for a limited period, prolonged exposure to moderate heat may reduce its quality. Tirzepatide can remain stable at room temperature for up to 4 weeks, but it’s advisable to return it to refrigeration promptly if it has been left out.
